Inspiration

We noticed that founders spend a lot of time context-switching between product development, marketing, sales, and customer support. By treating each role as an AI Agent, we reduce overhead, automate repetitive tasks, and free human founders to focus on high-level strategy. Our “Company-as-Code (CaC)” approach allows users to “spin up” a new company instantly, from initial spec to live product, with minimal human intervention.

What It Does

Slop Combinator automates core startup functions:

Voice Commands: ElevenLabs captures real-time feedback and feature requests.
Content Creation: fal.ai generates targeted marketing content.
Performance Tracking: PostHog monitors KPIs to drive growth.
Rapid Deployment: Vercel enables instant feature updates.

How We Built It

We built Slop Combinator from scratch using open-source tools and public APIs:

Task Backbone: Supabase stores feature requests and agent tasks.
Orchestration Agent: Routes tasks to specialized agents.
Coding/Product Agent: Implements features and deploys updates via Vercel.
Voice Agent: Processes commands with ElevenLabs.
Analytics: PostHog provides real-time performance monitoring.

Challenges

We tackled multi-agent coordination, voice input accuracy, prompt engineering, and tight 24-hour integration constraints.

Accomplishments

Built a fully automated, modular system for end-to-end startup operations.
Demonstrated a seamless workflow from voice command to product deployment.
Successfully integrated key sponsor APIs to secure market share and drive revenue.
