What it does
Adds the following accessibility options to the SmartCart website:
Font Size Slider!
High Contrast Mode!
Voice Command Navigation!
Magnifying Mode!
And a MiniGame to keep kids busy while parents shop!
How we built it
React.js with TypeScript, Python, Web Speech API for voice command navigation, and OpenCV for object identification
Challenges we ran into
Working with TypeScript, which none of us have used before Figuring out how to integrate the Web Speech API Navigating React and using React hooks
