Can you systematically gauge how anger someone is based off their posts online? How about sadness? Joy? Disgust? What about their extroversion, or how confident they are?

What and How it does

Sociomotion is a web-based application using Node.js to analyze their behavior by reading their tweets on Twitter. It uses IBM Watson's Tone Analyzer API, Twitter's API to retrieve the tweets of a user, Node.js, Pug.js (which fully integrates with Express.js, as a supported view engine), Heroku, CSS, and HTML.

Getting something that represents the premise that we started on.

What we gained

Taylor and Nicholas received a nice introduction into the realm of web development using Node.js. Joey acquired new skill of API integration.

What's next for Sociomotion

Facebook post integration, as well as Microsoft Azure's Computer Vision API to detect emotion, and adult content in a user's profile picture.
