Insurance often feels slow and impersonal. We wanted to create something that feels alive — an AI that instantly understands people, builds trust, and turns every visitor into a meaningful conversation, not just a lead.

What it does

SolisaAI is an AI-powered Lead Gen + SDR Agent that:

Enriches leads using Clay and Apollo datasets.

Generates personalized outreach in seconds.

Sends human-sounding SMS or email messages.

Books real meetings through Calendly — all in under 2 minutes.

How we built it

We built SolisaAI with React, Node.js, OpenAI GPT-4, TailwindCSS, Calendly integration, and Clay/Apollo APIs for enrichment. The system captures form input → enriches data → generates AI outreach → opens a live Calendly link.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating Calendly dynamically without 404s.

Keeping the entire interaction under 2 minutes.

Making AI responses sound natural and empathetic, not robotic.

Managing API timeouts during enrichment.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built a fully working AI demo that completes the full pipeline from form fill to meeting.

Achieved real-time personalization using multiple APIs.

Designed a professional white UI that feels enterprise-ready.

Made AI feel truly human — not just functional.

What we learned

We learned that speed + empathy = conversion. AI can’t just automate; it must communicate like a real person. We also learned to combine multiple APIs efficiently to create a seamless user experience.

What's next for SolisaAI

We plan to connect SolisaAI with live CRM systems, add voice-based outreach, and evolve it into a full Lifeline Retention Agent that proactively helps customers renew, upgrade, or stay protected — before they even ask.
