Inspiration
We wanted to create a tool to display Spotify information.
What it does
Our project provides an all-in-one site for you to see your top tracks and top artists of all time. Furthermore, it generates song recommendations based on your personal taste!
How we built it
We used Django, Python, and the Spotipy API.
Challenges we ran into
Our group faced issues with the Spotify API being inconsistent and not working on different team members' devices, but we were able to work together and adapt to compensate.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As this is the first hackathon most of us have been to, we're proud we were able to submit a functioning final product!
What we learned
We learned how to use Git and Django and gained front-end development skills.
