The inspiration behind StellarFolio was to create a portfolio generator that would empower individuals to showcase their work and talents with ease. We wanted to provide a hassle-free solution that would enable users to create stunning portfolios in minutes, without requiring any technical expertise.

What it does

StellarFolio is a powerful portfolio generator that transforms basic information into captivating portfolios. By simply entering your name, bio data, and a little about yourself, StellarFolio automatically generates a personalized portfolio that highlights your achievements, skills, and projects. The generated portfolio includes professional design elements, interactive features, and seamless navigation, creating an impressive online presence.

How we built it

StellarFolio utilizes the Flask framework along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create a dynamic and user-friendly experience. The user inputs are processed and formatted to generate a visually appealing portfolio. The project leverages various templates, libraries, and responsive design principles to ensure that the portfolios are compatible with different devices and screen sizes.

Challenges we ran into

As beginners with limited knowledge of web development, we faced significant challenges while creating StellarFolio. One of the main hurdles was working with two different templates and ensuring seamless integration between them. We had to familiarize ourselves with the intricacies of the Flask framework and learn how to effectively incorporate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components. Overcoming these technical challenges required extensive research, troubleshooting, and collaboration.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite being beginners with minimal prior experience, we are extremely proud of what we have achieved with StellarFolio. Within just one day of development time, we successfully made it work with two different templates, surpassing our initial expectations. This accomplishment showcases our determination, perseverance, and ability to learn quickly.

What we learned

One of our key priorities for StellarFolio is to expand the template collection and provide users with more options for customization. We plan to curate and develop a diverse range of templates, ensuring that each domain and industry is well-represented. Our goal is to offer at least three unique templates for every domain, allowing users to choose the design that best aligns with their personal style and professional goals.

In addition to expanding the template collection, we are committed to making StellarFolio more aesthetically pleasing.
