Inspiration
The inspiration for StudyKing came from the desire to create a AI-powered tool that can analyze and generate notes for you just from a textbook. We noticed that many students spent a lot of hours on reading the contents from a wordy textbook, trying to retent information and trying to write notes the traditional way, not getting anywhere in the end. Our goal was to streamline this process, making it easier for students from all fields to create shorter notes automatically and share them anywhere and with anyone.
We envision a world where students can effortlessly extract the most important information from their textbooks, allowing them to focus on understanding and applying the knowledge. StudyKing is an AI-powered platform that aims to revolutionize the learning process. It empowers students to:

●Generate Bullet Points: Receive concise and informative summaries of the uploaded material.
●Streamline Learning: Focus on key concepts and reduce information overload.
Challenges we ran into
During the development process, we developed the frontend and the Gemini model request separately. It was challenging to integrate the logic for the code in Flask.

What we learned
Technological Insights: AI Integration: Deepened our understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI models like Gemini. Web Development: Strengthened our skills in frontend development with React and backend development with Flask.
