Inspiration
Rendering users with the best pick for a particular item is the main moto of our project. Helping others in best way possible is our only inspiration.
What it does
Based on machine learning, it provides the user with book recommendation based on the user's interests.
How we built it
This web based application is designed with the help of following technologies: react-js with bootstrap for the front end development Django framework for the back-end part of the website. For the machine learning part we have used python libraries pandas, numpy, scikit-learn.
Challenges we ran into
This is our first hackathon and we have really worked hard to accomplish it as a team. Debugging the source code and integrating the various aspects of the website that is the machine learning part and the web part of our project was bit challenging.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Working in a team and understanding the importance team work and as well as team coordination are the milestones that we have achieved as a team. Also, implementing the latest technologies through this project provided us a hands on experience

Through this project we have been able to explore our capabilities and have learnt many new skills for our future endeavours
What's next for suggestEX
To expand this for multiple genres like music, movies etc. we are also thinking to make and mobile app or desktop extension for browser, or something else.
