Inspiration
Long wait times, digital literacy, and poor customer consultations are the primary causes of the issue with customer service and the inability to make calls. These factors frequently result in inadequate communication and unresolved issues, which greatly aggravate customers. Customers may feel ignored and unsatisfied as a result of these problems while asking for help or resolving issues with a business.
T-Mobile's DevEdge APIs provide a number of useful tools to solve this. However, companies may not have the time or money to put in the work to truly integrate and implement these solutions provided by T-Mobile.
What it does
We’ve built a product line that can bring a company from zero to fully supporting customer support through call in a matter of days. We support the following:
@tmobile-assistant/react: An SDK that allows anybody to build using T-Mobile’s DevEdge APIs in their React applications
@tmobile-assistant/connect-anywhere-widget: A React widget that companies can place on their support page to instantly enable them to support customer calls to their call centers through T-Mobile’s Call Anywhere APIs. This feature supports AI summarization, audio transcription, and email integration to save your conversation.
T-Mobile Agent Dashboard: A dashboard that companies can use to allow agents to receive and route and manage calls on their number through T-Mobile’s Call Anywhere APIs.
With these tools and services, we hope that companies can improve their communications and improve their communications with their customers.
