Inspiration
Ayaka has worked in HelloFresh Japan to launch the business in Japan and she had to hire 20 people to launch the business on time. She found employee referral best way to get great talents but felt that the process is very manual.
What it does
Talently uses machine learning, AI and recommends the potential candidates employees can refer to the firm.
How we built it
We built it using Figma, HTML, CSS, Javascript

Time constraints Ideation to implementation Different opinions, and looking at the solution first instead of the problem
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Great design of our prototype using Sigma and real site. We have interactive Linkedin graph connection on our website. (don't forgot to hover over the graph nodes to see the connection name)
What we learned
Collaboration is key !! Calm under pressure.
What's next for Talently
Adding more features to the platform. Figma prototype is the MVP we will start with. Second prototype we included is for the second phase of our launch and we will include employee view so that they can analyze their own network and recommend employees.
