Inspiration

Coding Agents are revolutionizing software development allowing us to multi task and get other things done. I wanted to make it possible to interact with them truly hands free and even when out of the house.

What it does

TalkiTo adds voice, text and slack interactions to websites, applications and can be used as a python library to enable voice in your apps.

How we built it

It was a mix of Bolt.New, Claude Code, and TalkiTo!

Challenges we ran into

Different AI Agents require different means of applying tools. Some work in the browser, some in an application or IDE and some run in the terminal. We've tried to make something that works with all of these.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works really well for Bolt.New and Claude Code. It's completely untested for other agents but that will be a fast follow.

What we learned

All the ins and outs of MCP servers, how to combine with traditional HTTP endpoints and serve Chrome Extensions and Slack Bots.

What's next for TalkiTo

Expanding to all the other AI Agents.
