What it does

Its a web Component which allows you to mint an NFT. It implents nicely in the cloud editor.

How we built it

  1. Get familar with 8thWall
  2. Get familar with local Development and its limitations.
  3. Create a WebComponent
  4. Create a ink Contract
  5. Create a Mint Button WebComponent with Ingress Assets
  6. Implent Button in Shared AR Template.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Local Development is a bit tricky
  2. Cloud Editor has its limitation
  3. Create a Web Component
  • Based on the encountered Challenges Web Components sounded like a sweet spot to elimate personal encountered Bottleneck.

What's next for Tapar

My goal is to build a Web3AR Shop. It allows you to buy a beautiful Shirt. If you hover that shirt, a blue eyed dragon comes out and pukes coldfire. This dragon lives on the blockchain and has wild utilities, how the crypto scene would phrase it. Blablabla I do PokemonGo with Shirts. Tapar is a technology exploration for web3ar shop.
