Inspiration
The inspiration for FraudGuard AI stemmed from witnessing the detrimental impact of scams on the financial well-being of victims. Our goal was to develop an AI-driven solution that educates and empowers users to safeguard their finances.
What it does
Raising public awareness of scams, strengthening current anti-scam strategies, and improving the legal community's ability to protect the public and businesses from fraud.
How we built it
This chatbot app uses Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and is built with Next.js, the Vercel AI SDK, Vercel KV, and uses React Server Components alongside LangChain for advanced NLP, with the data managed by our Supabase vector store.
Challenges we ran into
Fraudsters continuously evolve their methods, necessitating ongoing updates and improvements to our AI models to maintain their effectiveness.
