Who we are

We are a Romanian team that helps HR professionals and their organizations to better prepare and adapt the professionals performance (both individuals and teams).

The story

Due to the enemy that shall not be named, the world has been put on hold. Every business has been closed, has had to lay off part of its staff, or has been hit hard. The estimated global business loss is around 2 to 4 billion dollars and the economy is on a decreasing trajectory. Of the reaming businesses, everyone is going digital. Most of it at least.

The problem

Organisations are facing a big challenge to re-skill their employees for a digital word. In this context the organisation is facing the next problems:

  1. How to assess the current skill state of their team?
  2. How to identify the desired future state?
  3. How to take the team to that future state with good results and low risk of the investment?

The solution

A tool based on the next 5 components: ~ Values (How to filter what is happening around) ~ Behaviours (How to act, react and interact) ~ Knowledge (What to know) ~ Skills (How to do/solve a particular thing) ~ Ways of thinking (How to think better)

which helps HR departments to:

  1. Profile the Desired Professional Profile (DPP) based on and the specificity of the new economic context. DPP and correlated performance become the north star metrics.
  2. Evaluate the current professional level of the team/individuals.
  3. Design learning path based on the identified gap
  4. Train professionals for DPP
  5. Monitor and Assess progress

The solution’s impact on the crisis

Profile professional roles in high need (e.g. nurse, medical assistant, tech workers), evaluate candidates for the preparation gap and generate high performing professionals quickly.

These days we worked on the tool which is helping HR professionals to profile the Desired Professional Profile.

The value of our solution after the crisis

Profile desired professional profiles (DPP), which is the one of the most important steps in re-skilling a professional, a team or an entire organisation and continue with the next necessary tools.

What we will be doing in the future

  1. Increase the automation of DPP creation
  2. Generate the assessment inquiry for professionals based on DPP
  3. Increase automation for professionals assessment
  4. Identify gap based on data

We'll have the tools that are guiding your performance growth using an automated process (or tool) that evaluates your current state, identifies the future state, and architect the path to get you there.

What we still need to make that happen

We are looking for experts on psychology and organizational psychology to better refine and engineer:

  1. Structure and Method to profile DPP
  2. Structure and method to evaluate professionals having DPP as a reference point
