Inspiration

Due to the difficulty of finding a distinct team of individuals, we were inspired to develop an app that quickly assembles talent. In addition, we really want hackathons to seem less scary, and more connected.

What it does

TeamFling allows hackers to quickly form teams based on common interests or needs. Learning a new skill has never been easier!

How we built it

node.js + mongodb + express.js + Red Bull

Challenges we ran into

Learning new tools and libraries to achieve authentication, user sessions and combining them with engaging visuals

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We completely fleshed out the core idea and designs for TeamFling. As a result, we managed to make a functional design prototype.

What we learned

Connecting talent is key to a final product. Let design explore and development to establish.

What's next for TeamFling

We hope to have this app in every hand before next year's hackathon!
