Inspiration

The inspiration came from trying to solve a problem that we as not just ASU students but everyone faces in their daily lives which is trying finding a parking spot. With TeamPark you can check and see if a parking spot if taken or available.

What it does

The website we built is a landing page for a future app we would like to build that helps users find parking by using community input to set whether a parking spot is free or taken.

How we built it

We built it using HTML, CSS, and Javascript in Visual Studio Code. Using Design Techniques and tasteful styling we built a website that reflects our vision for TeamPark.

Challenges we ran into

A huge challenge we ran into was getting the Javascript code to work. It wasn't changing the input of the html file when we clicked a button.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

As a group I'm glad that we stuck together and built a website using everyones skillset to accomplish. We are all proud of each others dedication to sticking with the project and styling the webpage.

What we learned

Before this project the majority of us didn't know javascript but we learned as we explored how to make a webpage. As a team we learned how to communicate effectively with each other and how to use javascript in developing websites.

What's next for TeamPark

For TeamPark we plan on trying to make our idea of the app a realized project. We realize that there is a market for a project like this and we would like to take it to the next step.
