What it does

Uses hardware and full-stack software for an integrated solution facilitating communication across rural human settlements.

How we built it

We built the project with a combination of python for the hardware, and TypeScript for the server and software aspect portion of the project.

Challenges we ran into

The majority of our challenges were oriented around the hardware aspect of this project. There were many sensors or devices we would have liked to include, however we did not have access to. As such, we had to improvise and use whatever was available to use

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of having a comprehension multi-pronged solution to a real-world problem. We combined hardware and software together in a very short period of time.

What we learned

There are many struggles that come with implementing a truly viable hardware IoT solution to important problems. Cost, utility, and robustness were all important aspects of the project that needed to be considered. Additionally, we had technical challenges implementing an MCP server, and were unable to go as deep into information distribution as we wanted.
