Inspiration

The inspiration behind Regal stemmed from a desire to create an unparalleled shopping experience that combines the elegance of luxury retail with cutting-edge technology. I envisioned a platform where users can seamlessly discover high-end products curated specifically for their tastes, leveraging the power of generative AI to enhance search capabilities. Our goal was to redefine online luxury shopping by offering personalized, trend-setting recommendations that make every customer feel like royalty. As an avid consumer of tiktok, most of the AI models are already used to personalise item request, from automated speech recognition for speech query of items to the use of ad recommendations for the shop. However, one issue that I have is that there is no general search request that complements the conventional search engine in shops, which further increase user experience.

What it does

Regal is a sophisticated eCommerce platform that caters to discerning shoppers seeking luxury items. Our platform uses advanced generative AI to provide a highly personalized search experience. By analyzing user preferences and browsing behavior, Regal curates a selection of products that match individual tastes. Users can explore exclusive collections, receive bespoke recommendations, and stay ahead of trends with our AI-driven insights. Regal is more than a shopping site; it's a personalized luxury journey.

How we built it

We built Regal using a combination of state-of-the-art technologies. Our backend is powered by a robust server architecture that ensures fast and reliable performance.
