Before the Hackathon

• Find a customer with an idea for an application
• Find a team to join the whole process
• Gather requirements using requirements gathering techniques, like event storming, together with the customer
• Distill features from the requirements
• Prioritise the features and distill an MVP together with the customer
• Create stories for the MVP (and maybe some nice-to-have's)
• Prepare a design, in drawings (C4?), for the application on your own

During the Hackathon

• Agree on a design for the application with the group (these drawings should help you when implementing the stories)
• Hack your way through the stories
• Present your findings at the end of the hackathon
• Present your MVP to the customer (or after the Hackathon, depending on the customer)
