Eric struggles at school when learning Mandarin. To tackle this problem, he used quizlet to review for his Mandarin test, hoping he would do better on those pesky vocabulary tests. However, Eric noticed that quizlet and traditional flashcards lacked a third side. He would have 1 side for the English word, and 1 side for the Chinese character; however, learning the pin yin (pronunciation) was difficult. We created a multi-sided online flashcard app and website to solve our problem. This website and app would be targeted toward students, particularly in high school who struggle with their 2nd language like Eric.
