I'm interested in learning more about Swift and iOS development, so I followed a tutorial on MakeSchool that created a tip calculator! I added some comments, logic, the app icon, and some other visual changes to continue to mess around with Xcode and learn Swift. The messages that are displayed when you select a tipping percentage are designed to push a user to tip the higher amount in order to address the problem of under-tipping waitstaff in the restaurant industry.
