Inspiration

As a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) instructor, I've had the privilege of guiding students on their yoga journey. Through my teaching, I witnessed the transformative power of yoga in enhancing not just physical flexibility but also mental and emotional well-being. I took great joy in personally curating yoga sequences for each student, ensuring their engagement, health, and flexibility. However, it became apparent that not everyone has access to this level of personalized and authentic yoga instruction.  It generates u a personalized sequences based on below parameters, with opening and closing Sanskrit mantras(Really rare these days)  level(Beginner/Int/Advance)  Age  Gender . pregnant/menstrual  Height  Weight  illness/disability/soreness  Target muscle group  Time of the day when practicing yoga  How long ago did you have your last meal   Output:  Personalized plan with video instruction  Opening and closing mantra

Challenges: API got overloaded after the first two test, we dint have the paid version

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Accompalishment : A fully functional website, tranquilflow.in , made of apple font as really attractive and user friendly

What we learned

Learnings : Get team before hand in a hackathon (I had made the whole website and video single handedly my teammate wasnt of any help)

What's next for Tranquil Flow'

Tranquil Flow Planned update: Show user their level according to their consistency, open membership , get it connected with companies like apple
