Many species are starting to face difficulty as dense urban landscapes cause disruption in their ecosystem. Tranquility was inspired by the lack of knowledge and awareness that shrouds noise pollution. It provides users with straightforward and valuable tools to measure and reduce their impact. Given the opportunity to scale, we would incorporate a social aspect to our application. For example, viewing noise metrics from the user’s surrounding area. Tranquility benefits users of all ages but primarily targets those between 13 and 25.
