Inspiration
All too often, we struggle to maintain our morning routine and need some help to get out the house.
What it does
Alexa returns the estimated time a CTA bus would arrive at the user's specified station. In addition, it can set a 'favorite' bus that allows a user to access the ETA much quicker.
How we built it
Four minds, three workshop talks, two laptops, and one Alexa.
Challenges we ran into
Calling the CTA API gave us some difficulties and navigating Alexa's skills in general gave us a doozy.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Alexa skill responses accordingly to our prompts.
What we learned
A lot.

Transit Tracker can also connect to other train/bus lines outside the Chicago area.
