Inspiration

The #teamtrees movement inspired us to make the Tree Clicker game.

What it does

The game raises awareness for tree and forest conservation. This game aligns with the UN global goals, promoting people to propel society to a better future.

How we built it

We utilized HTML, CSS and JS to develop this game.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges such as implementing JS elements in the webpage and accuracy issues regarding the engine we developed.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the amount of elements and images present in the game. We are also proud of the integration of awareness in our product.

What we learned

We learned how to develop a game without relying on any external libraries.

What's next for Tree Clicker

Updates to Tree Clicker include features such as upgrades and prestige, both elements were unable to be implemented due to time constraints. We also want to further raise awareness and bring more attention to this cause.
