Two phase commit with Blockchain

Inspiration

Currently in Bitcoin, DASH, Litecoin, if payment is done it is finished. When two or more parties involved difficult to rollback payments, when all parties don't commit.

What it does

Provide a coordinator, who can rollback blockchain transactions and revert payments, when all parties don't commit.
