We were inspired by the challenges presented by KEHA-keskus. We understand the challenge facing non-native people looking for jobs and want to help everyone find their dream job.

Challenges faced

Typical problems of a platform-based business such as bringing all stakeholders and customer groups together at the right time. Revenue model can be challenging when targeting unemployed people. We struggled with the selection of our target audience.

Accomplishments

Viable business model based on a platform and an attractive multi-faceted value proposition.

What we learned

We learned about the challenges of the job market. We gained insight into design-based problem solving of a complex societal problem.

What’s next for the project

Idea validation through a pilot project in cooperation with the Finnish government.
