Our business proposal addresses challenges posed by unfamiliar public transportations systems and schedules across different cities worldwide. When travelers find themselves in a new city in which they do not understand or speak the language, it can be hard for them to navigate its public transportation system. Another problem that arises is the differences in transit operations, ticketing systems and schedules from one city to another. On top of this, it can sometimes be hard to coordinate connections or changes in modes of transportation. Traveling can therefore become anxiety-inducing when it comes to taking public transportation. By partnering with worldwide transit operations, our application UrbanLink aims to streamline user experience throughout global transport networks by emphasizing on efficiency and simplicity. Not only can this provide a comprehensive access of public transit to international travelers, even regular commuters can use our app for regular updates on their local public transit and periodically renew their fares.
