Inspiration
Paper records dominant global seafood supply chains. We were inspired to solve this massive problem of moving from analog-digital on a massive scale while meeting global data and formatting standards to create data that is easily accessible in a standardized format
What it does
Converts paper records into interoperable data for global seafood supply chains using verified references to ensure data accuracy building upon the global standard of the GS1 for Identity and Event Data
How I built it
Challenges I ran into
Establishing the requirements and agreeing on the statement of work Linking to the CURL lib for Borland C
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Learning to work together in an international team to build a portable solution built on global standards. Learning new portable concepts such as graphql to easily access data in a simple manner
What I learned
It is not easy to build interoperable systems.
What's next for uxtrace
- create a portable internationtional UI suitable for tablets and mobile devices
Built With
- borland-c
- graphql
- hyperledger
