What do you do when music games start becoming stale? Create something entirely new and addicting! That's why we invented the Virtual Drum
What it does
Feel the drum using Ultrahaptics tactile technology Oculus to boost Visual experience Be more attentive, focused, and perceptive. It is really simple and relaxing, reduces stress and depression
How we built it
LeapMotion detects your hands movements When you do the left press / right press, Ultrahaptics reacts with tactile feedback Oculus delivers sound-beat and vision effects Develop the music game by using Unity.
Challenges we ran into
- How we could integrate the virtual reality, haptic feedback powered by Ultrahaptics, and music rhyme game to provide users with an immersive environment.
- To tune the parameters to deliver a more precise tactile sensation as well as better gaming experience.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Achieved our initial goal and developed a perfective prototype in 36 hours. Effective team work and precise workload distribution.
