🚀 VisionForge: From Idea to Strategy in 60-Seconds 💡 Inspiration

Too many founders get stuck at the starting line, not from lack of ambition, but from lack of clarity. VisionForge was born to bridge the gap between messy ideas and strategic execution. I wanted a tool that could instantly validate ideas, analyze competitors, and output pitch-ready content without needing an MBA or a $10K consultant. 🛠 What It Does

VisionForge is an AI-powered strategy suite that helps founders:

  • Build & validate business ideas
  • Analyze competitors instantly
  • Score ideas with a “Vision Ranker”
  • Auto-generate pitch decks in seconds

It turns vague concepts into complete strategic roadmaps, targeting, pricing, funnel design, and go-to-market, all within an intuitive, no-nonsense interface.

🔧 How I Built It I looked at all the pain-points and all the problems I am currently trying to solve with a stack of AI agents I began creating (very early days) a few months ago. I used all that information I had gathered to write out multiple chain prompts to feed to Bolt.

I tested each section as it was created, and added more and more functionality one-by-one.

I also created a Vision Ranker scoring model and a guided flow that culminates in a pitch deck generator for quick funding-ready output.

🧗‍♂️ Challenges I Ran Into

  • Prompt engineering for consistent structure and tone
  • Keeping the UX intuitive while delivering complex strategy outputs
  • Designing a flow that works for both idea development and competitor analysis
  • Getting visual clarity across mobile and desktop in limited time

🏆 Accomplishments That I’m Proud Of

  • Built and launched a fully functioning strategy platform solo in under 48-hours
    • Created a usable system that feels surprisingly insightful
    • Designed an onboarding and UX flow that keeps the user focused and empowered
    • Made business strategy feel like a clickable game (sort of >_<)

📚 What I Learned

  • How to productize abstract thinking (vision, strategy, market analysis)
  • That copywriting and UX design matter more than raw tech for user trust
  • Prompt architecture is as important as API wiring when building AI tools
  • Execution beats overthinking—even strategic tools need to ship fast
