VRtigo is composed of two solutions to critical issues: Safety Safety in the workplace can be improved by the Internet of Things (IoT) as a way to monitor the health of both employees and their environment. In our demo we us an accelerator as a way to detect falls. This sensor, along with others such as CO2 detectors, EMG (for electrocution detection), and many others can be easily integrated into a battery-powered device that can be inserted into a user's hardhat, pocket, or worn discretely as an armband. The best part? Charge it up and go. Users do not need to calibrate or set up devices.
Adding sensors and hot-spots to the environment to track work place conditions such as temperature, humidity, water leaks, hazardous gasses, and more is easily implemented with IoT in many different network formats. This adds the benefit of monitoring the workplace to collect data on your operations, plus verify employee safety in case of emergency

We've imported our IoT accelerometer data into virtual reality so that you can compare and interact with data in ways that traditional computing cannot keep up with. (It's also compatible with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets)
