while making the chatbot I was thinking what problems does someone face after a disaster. Once a natural calamity gets over there are millions of people trying to get help using their cell phones. Eventually this leads to system servers being crashed with many people being left out. Chatbot uses Watson Ai , which can not only effectively communicate during the disaster it also can provide help.
