Inspiration
The growing organizational structure and inevitable communication gaps urge the need to improve knowledge transfer and break-up. Similarly, the rapid growth of Sika makes it very difficult for sales and technical teams to deal with consumer queries and to know and promote all products from the different ranges of applications.
What it does
It is a knowledge hub to overcome information barriers.
