Inspiration

The market size of web 3.0 is getting bigger and bigger. Many industries such as finance, health care try to adapt blockchain to technologies. I read a lot of documentations related to the blockchain, but it is not clear about the concept. I believe that it will become the key technology in near future and I want to share knowledge that I know about blockchain, so that people will have interest and start building applications related with the blockchain

What it does

The website whatisblockchain explains three concepts about transactions, mining, and smart contract. Mining and smart contract mainly focused on theory explanation with some good examples. Transactions page has mining, sending sample etherium like a game, and check transactions in the blockchain

How we built it

I only developed frontend side of the application mainly with the React without database because I want the user comfortably use for practice

Challenges we ran into

The user interface should be concise, so I spent a lot of time about color theme of the website. Also, I spent some time on development transactions storing logic

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am happy that I finished working website on time and happy about I have some functionalities that the user can play with my website

I knew about some concepts of blockchain, but I learned more while I was implementing this project. In hackathon, I am always feeling that the time management is really importan

What's next for WhatIsBlockChain

I will make this project as an open source project, so that every user can updates the website. It will be getting better and better with people who have advanced blockchain knowledge
