Our solution woomail; is a smart email task manager designed to help Singapore residents combat the critical issue of managing high volume of emails with different purposes, pinpointing critical emails such as administrative mails that may include deadlines or follow-up actions, which if missed may lead to unintentional non-compliance and consequences.

Key features

The key feature of woomail; is a one-stop platform to check on tasks required to be completed, deadlines to adhere to, follow-up actions in the form of a checklist, which double as one-click quick actions that can lead them to the corresponding sites to perform their tasks. Therefore, users can save up to 4 hours a month as the need to manually sieve through emails is eliminated.

Implementation

woomail; will be implemented using Lovable for UI, WORKATO for Automation and Integration Layer and NCS as a Digital Transformation Partner. Additionally, the implementation of woomail; integrates a Hybrid Orchestration Model consisting of a dual-layer workflow where a Controlled LLM performs strictly context interpretation on unstructured text while the structured text is passed through rules and Regex in Workato to validate critical data such as dates. Finally, Workato only triggers the follow-up action if the LLM’s interpreted intent and the deterministic rules are aligned. Through this approach, it gives rise to a secure and scalable tool that is aligns with SmartNation goals.
