Inspiration
The new world will be different once regulation for digital assets kicks into effect. We are a team of Robotics Engineers that see the new world around automation, robotics and transparency of data.
It all begins with blockchain technology so that we can verify and track actions that happen in the real-world. Then we move into distribution of CBDCs and Utility. You might be wondering what type of utility? This is where we don’t want to be too narrow minded.
What it does
XRPeg is a new social exchange. A Social Exchange theory proposes that social behavior is the result of an exchange process. The purpose of this exchange is to maximize benefits for the users and minimize costs.
On top of the XRPeg Network we build Utilities. Utilities are higher level applications designed for a specific use-case. For example, if there are taxations around a gambeling game utility, the taxation of that utility will be automated by XRPeg, simplifying the steps for the end-user and connecting to the CBDCs legal framework, all within a scalable platform.
How we built it
Currently in test mode, XRPeg uses Flutter to develop the cross platform applications for Android, iOS and the Web from a single codebase. We use google cloud platform for database, authentication, storage, and backend cloud functions.
Challenges we ran into
We care greatly about user-experience. Unfortunately due to lack of US Exchanges selling XRP and being limited to use XUMM App as a wallet we find the user-experience tough and time consuming. We are looking for alternative solutions to make user-experience much more intuitive and simpler.
What's next for XRPeg
