How it works
First someone sends a short video to their friends, then they extra video content to it and continue sharing it

Video file storage on the cloud and on the phone, Android activity management, time management, running the app on every device successfully

Implementing the functionality, the cohesiveness of the individual components of the app

Android development: File management, Project management (through git), Advanced video encoding, Parse (cloud based API), A bit of User Experience
What's next for YArn
Multiple user functionality, better design, code clarity, better error reporting, testing environments, safer storage of video
