DialerAI is a call center solution supporting inbound and outbound calls. It can be used for automating sales calls, lead generation, payment collections, appointment reminders, phone polling and market research.

Web-Phone

The main addition is the new Web-phone on the agent portal. This means that for remote agents and people working from home, setting up is easy, simply log into the agent portal in your web browser equipped with headphones and microphone and it ‘just works’ just like a normal phone, but with zero config.

The phone has all the usual features, transfer, hold, mute and optional manual dialling.

Soundboard

A new feature is the Agent’s Soundboard to play pre-recorded audio on demand.

Agent Soundboard

For each agent, audio can be uploaded then played to the contact with one click. This technique is often used in overseas call centers for lead generation where foreign accents may be a barrier to sales. The agent is able to have a conversation with the lead by playing different audio reacting what the lead has said.

Now we’ve added more integration for inbound calls to allow a true Blended Call Center Campaign for inbound and outbound calls.

When one of your customers calls in, we can deliver the call to an active agent, automatically display relevant information about the customer on the agent’s screen and open the customer in your web based CRM system.

This development makes possible Blended Call Center operations where agents can deal with both inbound and outbound calls while at the same time making sure that once the agent has finished on the inbound call, they go straight back onto their outbound campaign, keeping the agent occupied and productive for more of the working day.

Furthermore, we can display a different script depending on the telephone number the contact called so that we can support answering services for multiple businesses with the same agent.

New ACD Strategy

We’ve also added some new ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) strategies, including Top Down ringing, so that the agents’ phones always ring in the same order, and Ring Progressively, where agent 1 is called, then agents 1 and 2, and so on. This is ideal for businesses that have employees in multiple roles to help pickup the slack.

ASR / Voice Recognition

A substantial number of our customers are now using our voice recognition technology, more details about this in our Video about ASR and Voice Recognition.

WebRTC – Webphone for agents

Using political dialer software to reach potential voters is a key method of getting support in a modern political campaign.

Simple Political Dialing Campaign

At its most simple, you can use DialerAI to send out robocalls containing a message of what you want to get out to your voters. The messages can be sent out at high speed, and you can even leave messages on answering machines right after the beep.

Political Phone Banking

If you want something more sophisticated, then you might consider phone banking, canvassing your potential voters directly. Phone banking is where you get a team of volunteers to talk directly to your constituents using the dialer. When a live person answers the call is directed to your volunteers on the phone bank.

DialerAI has an agent interface, so you can prepare a script for the volunteer and include any relevant information about the constituent you are calling. The Agent Interface can interface with many CRM systems used by political campaigners so that the volunteer has all the information about the voter at their fingertips and can update it as well. Furthermore, volunteers can easily patch calls through to their representatives right from the interface.

Market Research

DialerAI allows you to do automated surveys and polls. A political calling campaign can be presented as automated market research campaign asking a number of pre-recorded questions and the answer is given via a touch tone phone or spoken response. The results of the poll can be used as the basis for a contact list if running a phone banking operation.

Market research also plays a role in setting the political agenda and testing the public mood. This can help the political campaigner understand what messages are cutting through and what is not working.

Inbound Calling

DialerAI also features inbound calling, where callers can phone in and be routed to a market research or polling survey as well as being transferred to a live person. A phone menu can be used to direct the call through to the right person.

DialerAI has a large number of reports which can be viewed onscreen or downloaded for further analysis. There are recycling systems for extracting numbers to call again with either the same campaign or another campaign depending on the response of the first call.
