It looks like something went wrong while loading Cockpit.
This can happen, for example, if you just updated Cockpit's version, and the server cache is still serving old files. In this and other cases, doing a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) should solve the problem.
If you just tried a hard refresh, it probably means something is wrong with your Cockpit configuration (e.g. the settings file may be somehow broken/malformed). If you need to maintain your widget layouts, joystick mappings, custom Actions, etc, then please download your settings and logs and reach out for support. If you need a fix right now, you can try importing a settings file, or reset Cockpit to its default configuration and profiles.
