Drag-and-drop to convert audio files with iTunes

AppleScript Droplet for iTunes

For macOS 10.10 and later only. Drag and drop audio files to this droplet to have iTunes convert them with an encoder selected on the fly, restoring iTunes' Preferences-set encoder afterwards. Converted files can be saved to either a single selected location or each source file's parent folder. The converted files/tracks are removed from iTunes, as though iTunes "never saw them".
