App displays files in iTunes Music folder which are not in iTunes library

AppleScript Applet for iTunes

Obligatory warning: This script has been designated as an obsoleted "Retro Script". There is no guarantee that it will function as described with modern versions of iTunes (or the newer Music or TV apps) and/or macOS. If used in its current form it may not work at all without modification. At worst, it may corrupt or delete data.

This application will list the file paths of the files in your designated "iTunes Music" folder which are not in iTunes' library. Additionally, you can select a different parent folder and its contents will be compared to the iTunes library. Options to Add a selection of found files to iTunes or move them to the Trash.

This version is for Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5.

Music Folder Files Not Added v3.0 will run on OS X 10.8 and later systems.
