the picture you saw is related to one of the kinds of endings being added. The player will be able to purchase a new house and have different combinations of characters to invite live with them, no there is no "all girls" with Mc ending. This is only for the endings with the purchable house, the current house in which the game takes place wont change and you wont be able to kick Josef and Adrian out in exchange to inviting others.
In regards to Anna receiving more scenes, she always does as she is the main girl of the game. There will be more sharing as well as solo content.
River does have quite some content, more than even a good amount of girls. It's just like with Samantha, most his content is shared:
- Bedroom solo/share with Josef.
- Park bathroom solo/shared with Phoenix/scene with Adrian.
just like with Claudia and Liz, designs are changed to either add variety or to go accordingly with the setting. The new designs are to stay, of course some users will like the old ones more but the designs wont go backwards.

On the suggested things:
1. Those areas won't be added on the current map, there are sections of the map that will have more content. The morning activities is a core element of the game, adding them as regular places is unnecessary.
2. You can find characters around the map doing their own thing, like Ken at the library or Haniya and Gabriel at the park. At most one more character will join the studio, and the church already has multiple encounters, adding more would just make it convoluted/ not everyone goes to church.
3. The pool has multiple scenes, not just Norah's. Asking for a milkshake has a scene tied to it. Adding characters for the sake of adding them is not something that will be done, as an example, both the characters you mentioned have 0 reason to visit the public pool.
While there are parts of the game that are for immersion, like taking a shower and brushing teeth, some will get improved. When you help Anna clean or dishwash, not having a scene doesn't make it "not useful/ have nothing", you are raising your relationship with her, there are also places where it might appear as there is nothing, but there're characters named/unnamed that can show up for some dialog, not having a scene doesn't make it not useful, is world building, it shows characters do other things outside of just interacting with mc.
4. Characters do interact with each other in some parts of the map if is somewhere they visit, there could be more in the future, but not all content is just sex scenes, and not all characters have a reason or would interact with each other.
5. All of the places you mentioned have repeatable scenes. The Kate and Himari example already happens and they even have scenes.
6. The mentioned places already have minigames/random events and scenes.
On the last statement, all good things come to an end, there are multiple routes and decisions matter. This is a side project and will be finishing with the steam release after 2.0. A break period will happen, and the next side project will take its place.

did you invite Josef to the studio? If you didn't you are not sharing Anna with him, you are just letting him stay. When the conversation happens at the hallway you need to tell him he should join you both next studio session otherwise the share doesn't complete. Did you already have sex with Anna raw at the studio, that's something else to have done before.
The lock already exists. Example: Ken's quest won't happen until after you have done Sam and Anna has been done raw at the studio. Sam's quest is not dependent on any other, except her own if you decline her.
Have you spoken with her when she is at her Livingroom, are you able to take pictures of her topless at the beach and at home of her ass. If you moved quick through dialog its well possible you declined her.
Hello there, that is incorrect, as there is no trophy for completing all quests. The closest would be "Master" trophy, which is for getting all traits.
Pregnancy will come in due time, and yes, it will be done. Endings are being reworked to try and re-implement them in 1.9 so if time allows for some pregnancy to be done, it will be done, but if not, it'll have to wait.
the whole pregnancy events are not fully decided on how it will be handled but is unlikely that will allow for other characters to get Anna pregnant. As for the 2.0 update, the date given on notes was, as advised there, a GOAL. Not actual release date for 2.0 is given, the only release date at the moment is 1.9 to be in Q1 of this year.

As for the second suggestion, that would just be more things going on the screen, there's also the point that scenes randomly trigger when getting into places so this indicator wouldn't work.
This is incorrect, the choice taken was the correct one, choosing Charlotte's route is her solo route. To have their 3somes and the harem ending the player needs to select Anna's route.
