Requirements

📥 Submission Requirements

To successfully submit your project for the hackathon, please include all of the following:

1. Working Project

  • A functional prototype, MVP, or demo of your solution.

  • Your project should clearly solve the problem or theme you’ve chosen.

2. GitHub Repository

  • Public repo link containing:

    • Complete source code

    • README explaining setup, usage, and tech stack

    • Any additional libraries or tools used

3. Demo Video (2–3 minutes)

  • A clear walkthrough of:

    • What your project does

    • How it works

    • The key features and innovation

  • Screen recording + voiceover recommended

  • Upload to YouTube/Drive and attach the link

4. Devpost Project Description

Your Devpost submission must include:

  • Problem you’re solving

  • Your solution and how it works

  • Tech stack and tools used

  • Challenges faced

  • What makes the project innovative

  • Future improvements

5. Team Information

  • List all team members

  • Roles & contributions of each member

6. Optional (But Recommended)

  • UI/UX mockups or design files

  • Presentation slide deck

  • Additional documentation or diagrams
