A 500×250 tile planet with continents, oceans, mountains, forests, and deserts. 29 real-world cities with culturally named dwarves. The map wraps horizontally — it's a globe.
Dwarves use a 4-tier AI system for decision-making:
By default, dwarves use Simple tier. Sponsoring upgrades their brain.
Click a dwarf and sponsor their brain. They get a star badge and upgraded AI reasoning for a limited number of decisions:

Dwarves collect items from terrain (Water, Earth, Fire, Wind) and combine them at workshops. Any two items can be combined — AI generates new results and caches them forever. 296 seed recipes included.
Dwarves from different cities trade when they meet. Smarter dwarves (higher INT) get better deals. Dwarves travel between cities using roads, trains, and ships.
Roads connect cities automatically. Dwarves upgrade roads to railroads (3 iron + 2 wood) for ultra-fast travel. Cities auto-expand when population and resources allow.
Each city has its own resource pool (food, wood, stone, iron, gold, cloth, ale, herbs). Dwarves mine, farm, eat, sleep, and socialize autonomously. Use the Mine/Farm/Road buttons to designate areas on the map. Drawing Road on existing roads designates them for upgrade.
The world is alive while you watch. State saves automatically every 60 seconds. Come back anytime — your dwarves remember everything.
