The E3 Launch Application is a program that must be downloaded and installed in order to access CarweB e3. It requires Windows Installer 3.1 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 to be installed beforehand.
To use CarweB e3 you will first have to download and install the e3 Launcher Application.
Logging into e3 must be done by first starting the e3 Launcher application from your desktop icon.
The following prerequisites are required:
- Windows Installer 3.1
- .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
