if you define your slot on the same layer as the board contour (usually dimension layer) you will get a cut out in the board. This is a usual procedure for board houses as well.

Is there a possibility to see a milling as real groove from top to bottom instead of a white line on both sides.

You can create an Eagle part, either just a footprint, or a full device with symbol (for sch) and footprint.
Make sure the footprint name matches the skp file. Place the skp file in your models folder.
eagleUp will add the new models to your board like a regular part. You do not need to have electrical contacts, silkscreen or anything.
I recommend you add some lines to the tDoc layer (or any other layer you use for documenting) to show you where the model will end up while you are working in Eagle.

i have a sketchup model then how i can save it to eagle so it will appear automatically on skecthup with my PCB?

Just did the test.
Once opened in FreeCAD, selecting it in the left pane highlights it. It has to be selected.
File – Export – STL Mesh

SketchUp Pro 2018 imports STL. (maybe 2017 also)
Done.

You that worked. Unfortunately ahving trouble importing the modesl from Eagle is there a tutorial for that as well ?

I found that on Windows 10 64 bit system, I had to run sketchup as administrator for the model to run and load. Otherwise a command window appears briefly, then no further action. So, one more step, depending on rights…

the comma will be replaced by a dot in the searched model name.
ie you could name your file C2.5-2.skp

use the EAGLEUP attribute to specify a completely different file name
for ex set the EAGLE attribute to “my_large_cap” so that the importer will look for my_large_cap.skp
