Do I need desk phones?
No. EezyTalk works on your computer (Mac or Windows softphone), your mobile phone (iOS and Android app), and your web browser. If you prefer desk phones, we sell and support IP phones from Yealink and Poly, but they are optional.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Free number porting is included with all plans. We handle the transfer process with your current provider. Porting typically completes within 5-10 business days. Your number keeps working during the transition.
How does the auto attendant work?
Record your greeting or use text-to-speech. Configure menu options: press 1 for sales, press 2 for support, etc. Route calls by time of day, department, or skill. Multi-level menus supported for complex organizations.
Does EezyTalk support international calling?
Unlimited calling to the US and Canada is included with all plans. International calling to 50+ countries is available at competitive per-minute rates. International phone numbers available in select countries.
