Separate toggles for changelog comments and reactions
I want to be able to disable comments on the changelog while keeping reactions enabled. Currently, the "Disable Collaboration" toggle is binary and disables both, but I only want to moderate/disable the comments.

Allow linking multiple Featurebase posts to a single Jira issue
I would like the ability to link multiple Featurebase posts to a single Jira issue. Currently, Featurebase enforces a 1:1 relationship, which means a Jira issue disappears from the search interface once it's linked to a post. While merging posts is a workaround, it has limitations, such as status updates only syncing with the directly linked (and potentially hidden) post. Enabling a many-to-one relationship would streamline our workflow for managing related requests under a single Jira issue.

There should be 1 simple way to set up the scoring method you prefer using custom post fields. Custom fields can be both public and internal, making them the perfect choice for them. We also already support number custom fields. To make them support different scoring setups like RICE, User impact score, and more, we should have these: Custom post fields visible in the dashboard view Sort based on custom fields There should be a way to set up an equation field that calculates the final value based on your inputted equation (be it RICE, Value/effort, etc.) This would make very comprehensive scoring setups possible, both customer-facing and internal, or both.

New permission scope: view_integrations
I want an additional permission scope called "view_integrations" so that team members with Manager or lower roles can see integration links and click on them. Currently, only Admins can connect and manage integrations, but other roles can't even see the links at all. This is important because we want our team to be able to create work items from the Azure DevOps add-on without giving them full Admin access, which is currently the only way to grant the "manage_integrations" permission required for this action.

Currently Fibi displays system error messages like handover notifications in English regardless of conversation language, breaking the user experience flow. Allowing translation or custom text would maintain consistency.

I am experiencing a persistent 'disco effect' with the scrollbars on specific browser width. am editing directly in the browser (Chrome Version 146.0.7680.80) and do not use an SDK or any custom CSS. I have tried disabling browser extensions, toggling themes, and disabling hardware acceleration, as well as attempting to set a fixed 'Dark' theme, but the flickering continues.

As a CS agent, after adding a new feedback from the Zendesk widget on a ticket, I expect to see the linked feedback (newly created or upvoted) directly visible. If I refresh the page or go back to the ticket I cannot see this link. I need to look again. And when looking for the feedback, the UI doesnβt make it easy to know if the feedback was already upvoted or not, this is not clear and can lead to confusion: as a agent I can click again by mistake, removing the existing upvote.
