Monday start for calendar
I’d love to have a Monday start option for the calendar for the week/month views. I have all my others set up this way. Would probably also need an option for the frontend, since I think most of my clients use a Sunday start.

Fixed Price Packages for Multi-Day Services
I want a way to sell "Packages" or "Fixed Price Stays" where I can charge a single flat fee for a multi-day service (like a 5-day intensive training) without the system multiplying a daily rate by the number of days. Currently, I have to do the math manually to set a daily rate that totals the package price, which is confusing for clients on invoices.

Monthly Calendar on Mobile shows numbers instead of day of the week.
When viewing Schedule in monthly view, the days of the week are shown as numbers; instead on mon, tues, wed etc. Only bugged for monthly view, all other views are displayed correctly

Scroll on report cards
For some reason today I am not able to scroll with my thumb anywhere on the page when I am creating a report card, I can only scroll by using the bar on the side. Can you fix this? Thanks!

Not sure if bug or not but re: client agreement signature
A new client says she found it annoying to have to sign the agreement after booking each day. I wasn’t aware they had to do that, I thought it was just a one-time thing. She booked a dozen random-ish days over the summer, and signed a dozen times. Is that something to do with the fact it wasn’t a recurring regular thing?

Issue with Report Cards
I just had a client reach out me, second issue today from two different clients, stating the report card isn't showing properly for the check off notes. This medication note was meant to be under another dog which on my end it shows correctly while on the clients view is showing the wrong dog. It's also not showing all of the checklist notes I sent as well.

I want to be able to change the wording on my booking page, specifically changing the "About Us" section title to "About Me" to better reflect my personal business. It would be great if other labels on the booking page were also customizable.

I want to be able to manually adjust the duration of a specific booking (e.g., changing a 3-hour block to 2.5 hours) for a client without having to create a new service variant. This would allow for more flexibility when clients have specific needs that don't match standard service lengths.

Add a "Pet Required" toggle to services
Certain services (home security checks, poop scoop, etc.) do not need a pet associated with their booking, just a client. This feature would add a toggle to enable booking these services (admin side & client side) without needing to enter in a pet.

Losing button functionality on mobile and UI elements off screen
For context: I’m using Scritches on mobile as a home screen widget, versus opening safari every time. Problem #1: When trying to create new invoices or send on mobile, the touch functionality for the buttons goes away. It takes several clicks to press the button to do the desired action. Problem #2: UI elements like send for the report card, are half visible at the bottom of the screen; deleting an invoice is off the screen, and sometimes the report card screen freezes when clicking into visit notes, making you unable to scroll up or down to read what you’re typing.

Tax-inclusive pricing
I want to be able to incorporate taxes into the existing rate so that it's included in my pricing, but still shown as a breakdown on the invoice. This would allow me to advertise "all-in" prices while still meeting tax reporting requirements on the invoice.
